Island Hopping in Greece
This last summer I took a trip to Greece. A lengthy fifteen hour flight turned into a never ending three day flight due to many delays. Flight after flight we eventually got to Greece and took a ferry to Myknos Island to spend a few days there. I spent a day touring old fashioned windmills and spent the rest of the time on the beach. I suggest you spend a lot of time at the beach because the water is absolutely beautiful!
Within a few days I got back on the ferry and rode to Santorini which was our next island stop. In Santorini I did a lot of shopping and visited the Red Beach which is left over lava from an exploding volcano, and also visited the Black sand beach. The Greek islands are known for their sunsets, people will sit for hours and just watch the sun set.
